A hunting we shall go...

In the midst of all the chaos that has happened this weekend in our little pixelated universe a couple of store/mall areas have opened. Here's a mix up of everything I've missed, and maybe you have to:

Fancy fairy (Wildewood (164, 160, 608) has put out a skin & wings. ($0)



I've worn the above with a free fairy outfit and hair from BAIASTICE & ARTRANSFER (centro italia (10, 24, 23). You'll also find a monthly gift at the store.

The following and all remaining looks are modeled with hair from Candy House (TokyoMainLand (117, 54, 22). You'll find 3 styles near a cafe table in front of the store ($0-$1). Skins are from A Piece of Candy (Immintel (164, 183, 101), which puts out an Another Shop skin modification for $1 almost every week.

These outfits are all from the Haute Style (Haute Couture (151, 139, 21) gift box hunt that will end tomorrow (8 April 08). Prizes range in price from $0-1 and many stores have additional freebies offered or hidden specials (scroll over the items in Callie Cline's store ;) ).



You can see one outfit is a suit for the guys and another from Rfrye is unisex. So guys rush over and check it out.

The Starlust Motel (Cubana (136, 181, 22) a cute bate's style motel (minus mother) has opened this weekend. Many of the stores have freebies or $1 deals. There's a box in SD Wears priced at $1 that has a couple of items that are guy friendly.



The shoes in the photos are from Zhao which is a participant in the Haute Style gift box hunt.

Lastly, I have to thank Kryptonia Paperdoll for telling me about a really cool pair of sculpty boots at Crimson Shadow (Crimson Shadow Rezzable (184, 126, 37) that are completely free.



The outfit is a mix of pieces from the Bossa Nova (Amour 180/62/27) freebie box - rush to get it because Bossa Nova will soon be closing for a face lift.

I found a couple of Indian themed freebies to share. While the skin is a deal at $50, it doesn't get my whole hearted approval. The eyelash area has a weird halo around the eyelash area - you will only see this if you zoom in close to look at your face. I have the lighter of the two tones offered at GiGi Couture (Broadmead (53, 190, 34). But, if you can live with the halo then you like me can wear it for novelties sake. However, if you can't deal with a bit of halo - skip this skin.



The hair was a freebie from the Amorepacific Islands (AMOREPACIFIC 4 78/168/66), however the hair section is being remodeled and will reopen on the 18th. The jewelry and outfit are from a cute little store filled with entirely free clothes (for guys & girls), furniture, pets, and jewelry - Yak & Yeti (Salzburg 172/79/27). The jewelry set that I'm wearing is the Bollywood set and it is beautiful. Not pictured, but also free at Taste of India (Odessa Charming 198/79/21)is a set of bindis (5-$0).
